We want every JMB Experience to begin smoothly. Please review your service details, preparation requirements, and booking policies before confirming your appointment.
What’s Included in My Service?
- Hair is included only when the selected service is specifically labeled Hair-Included.
- For services without hair included, please read the service details and provide the required hair.
- Wash services and trims are included and available upon request when booking. Select YES when prompted about adding a wash, or request either service in your booking notes.
- Review the complete service details on Setmore before confirming your appointment.
- After booking, a confirmation text will be sent with your booking details, remaining balance, and shop address.
Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling
The price shown in Setmore is the appointment deposit. It is applied to your service total and is non-refundable. Review the cancellation and rescheduling terms shown during booking before submitting your appointment.
Late Arrivals & Appointment Policies
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are subject to a $20 late fee. At 30 minutes late, the appointment is canceled. Please communicate as soon as possible if you are delayed and review the complete booking policy before confirming.
